QUESTIONS/CONCERNS about PayPal Checkout
I get an error code when I click on the Checkout with PayPal Button and cannot order anything. What's wrong? Does this mean the site isn't secure?
We apologize that you have run into a problem with our checkout button. A few people have reported difficulties. However, please be assured that the site is secure. There seems to be some conflict with certain devices and browsers and we have been earnestly working on a fix. Unfortunately, we do not have a 100% solution, but we do have an option for you!
We are pleased to process your order over the telephone. Contact us any Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday between 11am and 4 pm eastern time. CLICK HERE to visit our Contact page.
Do I need a PayPal account to shop for books, membership, and tickets?
When you click on our “Checkout with PayPal button” you do not have to have or create a PayPal account.
What can I do? I do not want to pay with a PayPal Account but all you have is a "Checkout with PayPal" button.
We understand you do not want to pay with a PayPal account. You do not have to. And you do not have to create one. You can pay with a Debit or Credit Card. However you still need to click on our “Checkout with PayPal” button.
FOLLOW THESE STEPS
- CLICK on the “Checkout with PayPal” button
- CHOOSE “Pay with Debit or Credit Card”
- TURN OFF the button at the bottom of the payment page that says: You need a PayPal account to get Purchase Protection. That mean you handle disputes directly through your credit card issuer.
- CLICK on “Pay Now as Guest”
You are on PayPal’s secure server and your “transaction is protected by PayPal’s encryption and fraud monitoring tools. The merchant never sees your actual credit card number.”
Is my credit card information protected?
Yes, all payment information is protected because our checkout uses PayPal’s secure server. Your “transaction is protected by PayPal’s encryption and fraud monitoring tools. The merchant never sees your actual credit card number.”
What purchase protection do I get when using Guest Checkout?
You handle disputes directly through your credit card issuer.
PayPal still fully secures the payment corridor. Because no PayPal password or account was created, you completely eliminate the risk of a hacker guessing your login credentials later.
I do not want to purchase online. Are there other options?
If you do not wish to purchase online, you can contact us by telephone Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday between 11am and 4 pm eastern time. CLICK HERE to visit our Contact page
